To promote independent thinking by facilitating respectful, objective dialogue to help establish civility in society, based on the constitution, where differences of ideas are accepted, and our true purpose evolves us into honest and responsible citizens.

The purpose of Independent Thinkers is to encourage and facilitate education about past, present and future, via educated national and international views of history and current affairs, for better understanding and to create common ground. We hope that we can bring opposite minds together with responsible debate, to assure continued peace and civility in our society. We want to share and explore true stories of purpose via our speaker series, presenters, videos, workshops and special Mentor programs like our CIVICS SERIES. It is our desire to network with many of us that share this vison. We want to contribute to create healthy communities.
